Joy Linton has over 35 years’ experience as a strategic and finance global executive in businesses across healthcare, insurance and fast-moving consumer goods. Most recently Joy was chief financial officer for CSL Limited, an ASX-listed global bio-technology company, from 2020-2025. Prior to CSL, Joy was chief financial officer and executive director at Bupa, a global health insurance company based in the UK, and earlier served as the General Manager of health services for Bupa UK.

Joy currently serves on the Board of Finance Executive Institute and has formally been a non-executive director of ASX-listed Bega Cheese Limited and Bupa Joint Venture companies in India and Saudi Arabia.
